Don’t worry! Since each brand has its own sizing standards, it happens a lot. We are sorry to hear this item didn't work out for you. We would gladly accept a return or an exchange if the item is still in its original condition as it was received.
You may return or exchange your item within 90 days of the
purchase date. Products must be in the
exact condition as received and returned in their original shoe box. We cannot
refund for any express or international shipping charges.
Please contact us for an RMA number. We will provide you with full return
instructions. Upon return of your product, most card
companies take 2-5 business days to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges take about 1-3 days to process. We will exchange an
item for free once to any USA address.
International exchanges must pay for return shipment costs, but the
return shipment costs will be discounted. Please contact us for return shipping rates to your area.
We always ship the item as described on the site to you, but mistakes do happen. If you receive an item or size you didn't order, please let us know and we will fix the issue asap at no cost to you.
If there are problems with the shoes regarding fitting or there is a defect. Please do not return the items to the manufacturer. Contact us and we will take care of the replacement.
